About
Mafer, and the space that became Aluna
I am a yoga teacher based in Geneva. Aluna began from one simple wish: to help people come home to their own body, kindly.
This wish grew long before Aluna had a name. It came from my own desire to live with more presence, to listen to my body more deeply, and to find a way of feeling well that felt whole rather than scattered.
Along the way I met different practices that changed how I understand wellbeing. Yoga, my training as a holistic health coach, and my work as a cacao facilitator were all part of that path, and each one brought me back to the same belief: wellbeing comes from learning to listen to ourselves, and finding balance between body, mind, and the way we live.
My classes are calm and precise. I listen to alignment and breath, and I shape every sequence around the person in front of me, whether you are recovering from an injury, sitting at a desk all day, or going deeper into a practice you already love.
I teach in English and Spanish: one to one, for two, or with a small group of friends, in your living room or wherever you feel at home. Alongside yoga I also work with meditation, breathwork, cacao and holistic coaching.
